In recent years, Lean has become the most successful and effective approach to bring "continuous improvement" into an organisation.

But success in Lean does not seem to be at your fingertips. In contrast to the apparent simplicity of the Lean techniques, the implementation of Lean in practice requires a great deal of effort from an organisation and perseverance from the management.

During the very first Lean Café, it was possible to discover how these obstacles can be avoided, to receive tips & tricks from others, useful in proper Lean projects.
